I am a psychotherapist practising in York for ten years, having previously worked in London and New York over two decades. I also train and supervise counsellors and psychotherapists in a number of different settings. I have worked for many years as a lecturer and researcher in counselling and psychotherapy and have published papers that explore the role of the body in psychotherapy.
